Hey there, my name is Kathleen Wamser and this is my 5th year (and final semester) at Champlain, I'm a marketing management major with a certificate in print design.
I am from Chesterfield, NH, a small town right outside of Keene about 2 hours away. I have also previous lived in Massachusetts and in New Zealand while attending other colleges (Merrimack College and Auckland Uni of Technology).
I love adventure and travel.

This summer I got to enjoy a concert of an artist I had previously listened to while living in New Zealand, Gin Wigmore, playing for free at Battery St Park and saw a considerable difference between the 2 shows and the audience at each. Here is a video of her music.
As a marketing major I love the technology of the 21st century. I have made so many connections through social media and networking that I could have not previously made and I am able to really brand myself by what is put online.
On thing I dislike about the 21st century is the need for constant communication and the fact that people are unable to disconnect from their jobs when they have left the office, I hate getting texts about my job when I am not there :)
As for professional aspirations, I'm getting down to the wire to have to start making decisions. Right now I am in the process of applying to be an English teacher in either Spain or Italy and want to spend a few years traveling and blogging trying to build my brand, eventually I would like to get a job doing some sort of travel marketing or international marketing but until then I plan on living day by day and seeing the world while I can.
